Serenity Fun City

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 1 main restaurant and 5 a la carte restaurants: Italian, Oriental, Asian, French, Mexican (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality) and food court. A wonderful family vacation

Cleaniess. Food quality. Hotel's reception, animation and restaurant team, were very kind and helpful. Hotel's management team especially Mr.Bolos and Mr.Ahmed A.Moniem were always caring on a daily basis to get feedback about our stay and offer any extra support to make our stay more joyful. Daily night shows were very nice.

Great stay

Everything was amazing, the staff were very nice & helpful, the slides, the park, the kids were busy & entertained all day. The room was very big, bigger than lots of rooms in makadi. The food was really good & tasty & was different everyday. There is a different show for kids everyday & the animation team were nice.

We were there on april 22nd till 26th and the staff were...

We were there on april 22nd till 26th and the staff were amazing, they work really hard throughout the day, always smiling and trying to make the experience memorable for everyeone. The water park is really good with variety of slides. Many different swimming pools with variety of activities from the animation team. There's an arcade game as well which is suitable for kids. The rooms are spacious and clean. Room service is done regularly. Food is amazing with variety of options, lots of snacks in between meals. It was an excellent experience and definitely would go there again. A must try for everyone.

Amazing family resort with amazing staff! Will be back!

Was paradise for kids. Like Disneyland but half the price and better weather! Staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful! Sayed, one of the managers was amazing. Not only did he make sure you always had what you needed and you had a good stay, he was great man! So was Ibrahim the bar man. Great man that always ensures guests have what they need. To be honest, all the staff where great! I traveled with my 5 yr old boy and fiancé. We had such a great time, we extended the holiday for 4 days!! 7 days is not enough there. 10-14 is ideal. Also met So many families there who loved it. Was never bored, my son or us! The food was surprisingly good. Lots of variety and always changing. I’ve been to more expensive hotels and had worse food. A massive resort. The pictures don’t do it justice! If your a family looking for a holiday in the baking sun with lots to do for little money, choose Fun City!!

WiFi is bad. But if your on a family holiday, you shouldn’t be glued to your phone anyway. You can buy an Egyptian SIM card in most shops if needs be.

What did I like? Everything, and I mean "everything" ... very busy vacation, there will always be something (optional) to do

The water is Excellent, but the beach is "Rocky" and the sand is a bit rough ... still, good for snorkeling or diving in the deeper bits

Perfect place for a holiday with kids

Staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly, especially Micheal who went out of his way to accommodate our needs and was keen to make sure everything was perfect and in place. Mr. Poles was really extra friendly and also wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Water park was so much fun also the Luna park was available from 6 to 8, kids enjoyed it every evening. Food was really tasty and rich. Rooms were clean and pool view. There's also a guy at the spa who makes beautiful braids. Overall, it was a nice relaxing holiday and we had the best time ever

The aqua park is amazing. The kids enjoyed it so much. The food was delicious. The staff was doing well. The level of the guests. Perfect for families

The duty of the aqua park from 10 am (late) The internal Cafe is closes at 11pm (early) The animation team needs more interaction with the guests.
